How to Cancel Your Motif Subscription

To cancel your Motif Pro plan, go to the homepage of the app. Select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, choose “Account Settings”.

Select “Billing” from the right side menu. Select “Cancel Plan” from the three-dot dropdown menu.

On the next screen, you can confirm your cancellation. When you cancel your Motif Pro plan, you will lose access to Pro features, and any projects or project items over the Free plan limits will become read-only. Learn more.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of payment for a yearly plan, no questions asked. Monthly plans are non-refundable. Learn more in our Terms of Service.
