Delete Your Account

To delete your Motif account, go to the homepage of the app, Your Projects. Select the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, choose “Account Settings

Under “Your Account,” select the “Delete” button.

Please be aware that all your data will be removed and you will no longer have access to your projects if you choose to delete your account.

A pop-up box will appear to ask you to confirm that you want to delete your account. Enter “DELETE” to confirm you want your account to be deleted forever.

Then, select the “Delete” button. 

Your account and all of your projects will be permanently deleted. You will not be able to sign into Motif or recover your writing.

If you are currently on a Pro plan, your subscription will also be canceled.
